This 360-degree feedback process is designed to provide
with comprehensive insights into their strengths and development areas, aligned with BuildPass values and the unique demands of a fast-growing scale-up.
What to Expect:
You'll be asked to go through various sections, each focusing on different leadership competencies. For each section, you'll provide:
Score ratings
on a 1-5 scale for specific behaviours and skills
Optional written commentary
where you can share examples, observations, or additional context

While entirely optional, the time you spend sharing your observations and examples is incredibly valuable - this is often where the key learnings emerge that make the biggest difference to

Rating Scale:
1 = Poor (Infrequently demonstrates)
2 = Okay (Sometimes demonstrates)
3 = Good (Frequently demonstrates)
4 = Great (Consistently demonstrates)
5 = Excellent (Demonstrates above and beyond)
NA = Not Applicable
